Social Media Management
The process for social media management begins with the completion of the form sent in the WhatsApp group once a consultant and working group have been assigned to the project.
Once Step 1 has been completed, a meeting will be arranged via Zoom or Google Meets to resolve any doubts about the information provided, to evaluate graphic design options on which the style of the posts will be based and to guide the client through the next steps of the process.
At the meeting, the following requirements will be requested from the client:
To grant access to their Social Media Manager to the accounts of the social networks to be managed. In case of not having them, we will proceed to create the social networks together with the client.
Delivery of logos, typographies, images and graphic reference material for the subsequent design work.
Complete the “content” section within the grid to be worked on during the month of publications.These resources should be uploaded to a folder in Google Drive whose link will be sent through the WhatsApp group. The grid where the content should be placed will also be shared.
Once Step 3 is completed and the sending and receipt of content and resources is confirmed by both parties (Client and Designer), the copywriting process will begin.
Turnaround time:
For copys the turnaround time is 1 to 2 business days and will be sent for review by the client.
Once the copy has been approved, the design process will take from 4 to 7 working days, depending on the management plan contracted. Once the designs are finalized, they will be sent to the client for review. If approved, we will proceed with the programming of the content.The Client will have two rounds of changes/revision. The first round of changes will be made on the written content (copys). The second round of changes will be made on the designed images.
Once the posts are scheduled the client will be notified.The content for videos and real pictures of establishments and/or collaborators must be sent by the client. The contracted package does not include: video recording and photography.
If the client requires editable images, these will have an additional cost of $15 (U.S. dollars) per image.In case of delay in the delivery of content and review of images and text, the BIM Soluciones team is not responsible for delays in the programming of the posts according to the established schedule.
Web Design
Work Process:
- The process for web page design begins with the completion of the form sent in the WhatsApp group once a consultant and designer have been assigned to the project.
- Once Step 1 has been completed, a meeting will be arranged via Zoom or Google Meets to resolve any doubts about the information provided, to evaluate template options on which the design of the page will be based and to guide the client through the next steps of the process.
Client’s Responsibilities
- At the meeting, the client will be asked the following requirements for the realization of its website:
- Content written for your web page, regarding the number of pages and the structure discussed in Item 16 of the form.
The content must be provided by the client as he/she would like it to be displayed on the website. The development team can provide editing, development and improvements in specific areas using artificial intelligence; the service does not include content optimization without this tool. In case content curation is required, the site is classified as a custom site.
- The client will be asked for photographs, images, videos and other graphic resources of good/high quality, with which the page will be created.
In the case of an online store, we will request the products and the information required for its upload, which will be requested through a form. - The information includes price, photo in 600 x 600px, product description and other relevant data according to the business line.

These resources should be uploaded to a folder in Google Drive whose link will be sent by the WhatsApp group.
- Once Step 3 is completed and the submission and receipt of content and resources is confirmed by both parties (Client and Designer), the web design process will begin.
Web Design Team Responsibilities
- Delivery time:
- For an Informative Page it is 7 to 10 business days, once the resources mentioned in Point 3 are available.
- For a Basic Online Store it is 12 to 16 business days, once the resources mentioned in Item 3 are in place.
- For a Complete Online Store 15 to 20 business days, once the resources mentioned in Point 3 are available.
- The designer will send a provisional link once the design is sufficiently advanced so that the client can visualize the progress of the project.
Changes and revisions policy
- The Client will have two rounds of changes/reviews. That is, he/she will be able to perform a general check of the entire site and request a meeting or submit the required changes in writing on two occasions. In this regard, we request to assign a responsible user for the project.
- Changes must be submitted after a general review of the page and will be issued in writing to the web department, not via WhatsApp.
Page approval
- When the page and content is approved by the Client, the process of domain acquisition by the Client will begin. The Designer will send the suggestions for the purchase of the domain.
- With the purchased domain, the client must provide the designer with the access (key and password that can be changed later) of the page and account where the registration was made for the DNS redirection.
- Finally, the link with the final domain chosen and approved by the client will be sent.
If the client already has a domain or hosting contracted for a previous page, he/she must have access to them, since they are necessary for the configuration.
Other considerations
- If the person in charge does not follow up on the project and is absent from the project for a period of 15 working days, the delivery times foreseen in point 5 will not apply.
- A page has a minimum of 200 words and a maximum of 1200 words. If it exceeds this amount, it counts as an additional page.
- Once the web page is approved, the changes that may be requested include replacement of images, texts, and other modifications that do not imply changes in the structure.
- The renewal date of the contract is counted from the migration of the page to its final domain.
- If the page is migrated before it is complete and the client wishes to resume the rest of the project, the complete content of the remaining pages must be delivered to the design department and will have one round of changes.
Google Ads
The process for Google Ads campaigns begins with the completion of the form sent in the WhatsApp group once a consultant and a working group have been assigned to the project.
Once Step 1 has been completed, a meeting will be arranged via Zoom or Google Meets to resolve any doubts about the information provided, as well as to correctly establish the budget allocated for the campaign, the days and hours of activity of the campaign.
During the meeting, the following will also be reviewed:
The keywords, titles and descriptions provided by the client.
The services or products to be advertised will be established according to the client’s marketing objectives.
The correct entry of the credit card in the Google Ads system.
For Google Ads Display, YouTube and Maximum Performance, images and videos will be requested (videos must be uploaded to a YouTube channel of the business).
The image resources (if any) will be uploaded by the client to a folder in Google Drive whose link will be sent through the WhatsApp group.
Once all the material is delivered by the client, the team proceeds to plan the guideline strategy and configuration of the campaign.
Delivery time:
The campaign planning and configuration process may take from 1 to 3 business days.
Once the campaign is configured, it enters a review process that may take from 2 to 5 days by the Google Ads platform, however, you can start registering contacts from the same day of launch.
The campaign has a duration of 30 days. At the end of the campaign, a results report will be delivered by the BIM Soluciones team.
About the learning and optimization of the campaign:
Google Ads campaigns have a learning process 10 to 15 days. However, a correct optimization is achieved from the first month of the campaign.
The BIM Soluciones team performs weekly reviews of the campaigns in which the metrics of the account are analyzed and the necessary modifications are made to increase performance.
Note: Google Ads campaigns are an advertising medium that facilitates and increases contact with potential customers. The BIM Soluciones team is not responsible for the sales process and follow up with potential clients that enter through the campaigns.
It is important that the client keeps his payment method updated in his Google Ads account. This is because if the campaign is paused due to a payment problem, the company will not be responsible and no refunds will be made for the days in which the campaign was paused. It is recommended that the client regularly verifies that their payment method is current and valid to avoid interruptions in their advertising. Corporate Design
Work Process:
The Corporate Graphic Design process starts by filling out the form, then a Google Meets or Zoom meeting with the design team will take place. This may vary depending on the contracted product. In these meetings we will ask for the necessary resources to carry out the project, these will have to be uploaded to a drive folder that will be shared by the group assigned to the project.
Once this step is completed, the design team proceeds to the design stage, which takes determined times depending on the product and the availability of the resources previously requested (usually from 3 to 7 working days).
A handover will be planned through a virtual meeting in which three design proposals are presented, the way to proceed depends on the following factors:
Design Approval.
– If the design is approved, in the case of brand design and brand manual, the manual will be produced in an estimated time of 3 to 5 working days. Once the design process is finished, the manual is delivered for a final review in which it is approved and the brand files are sent together with the client’s manual in the following formats: .ai .pdf .svg .png .jpg.
– In design to both other approved design products, all relevant files are sent along with their editable in the following formats: .ai .psd .pdf .svg .png .jpg .mp4.
Dissatisfaction with the design
The designs are not approved or are partially approved by the client, in this case the client has a round of changes in which he can propose small changes to the established designs or completely new proposals to replace the first artwork delivered.
The changes proposed by the clients will be shared in the meeting; it is necessary that the client formalizes the changes he/she wants and expresses them to the design team. Turnaround times on changes depend on the amount of work to be done in a range of 1 to 7 working days.
